PMO

I'm Katelyn Ruiz and I'm the PMO president. I am married to my husband Bryan, and am mom to Julian, a Senior at DHS, Addilynn, a 6th grade at DMS and HCCS Alums, along with current Holy Cross students: Lillian in 5th grade, and Aurelio in Kindergarten. Mateo who is at home at 9 months old. I have been involved in the PMO for 5 years, but have been active within the school for over 12 years. I wear hats-taxi driver, maid, personal assistant chef. I am also the  Holy Cross Marketing and Fundraising Director. The thing I like the most about PMO is the people who I have gotten to know and get to interact with. I also like having the chance to be a part of making decisions to help our students, our teachers, and our school. I feel like it's important to be a part of the PMO because the people are pretty awesome, and we have a lot of fun.

My name is Megan Tobias, and I am the PMO Vice President. I am married to Corey Tobias, and we have two sons: Jace, who is currently in Mrs. Guilford's Pre-K 3s at Holy Cross and Colston who is at home at 6 months old. This is my first year being involved in the PMO and as the vice president, but I have been a teacher at HCCS for about 6 years. What I enjoy most about being apart of the PMO is being able to play fun activities for the student and staff with other parents. I joined PMO because I wanted to be very more involved on HCCS. I believe it's important to be involved because I want to help provide a fun and safe place for my kids to learn and grow.

My name is Amber Louderback, and I am the PMO Secretary. I am a wife and mother, and my youngest is a fifth grader here at Holy Cross. I have been involved in the PMO when needed for the past two years, and this is my first year serving as Secretary. Outside of PMO, I am a Social Worker. What I enjoy most about being part of the PMO is having a space where I can share fun, creative ideas and see them turn into real events. Seeing the excitement on the students faces when they enjoy an event we planned makes it all worth it. I first joined to be more connected to the place where my son spends so much of his time, and I believe it’s important to be involved because together we can provide more resources, events, and support than the school could alone.

I am Renee Sampson and I serve as the PMO Treasurer. You can also find me in the HCCS Office as the school secretary and finance manager. I am married to Justin, and we have two former HCCS students and current Tinora Rams, Aurora, and Owen, and one 5th grader, Melia, who is in Mrs. Keween's 5th-grade class. I have been involved with the PMO for 5 years and I like most that I can offer my services to the organization to help accomplish their amazing goals. The PMO does so much to help HCCS. I am happy to help them whenever I can. I think that others should become involved because it's a great way to make your voice heard. The PMO offers a place to share your thoughts and opinions about what HCCS could do better or differently to make your student's school experience the best it can be. Plus, we have a lot of fun planning some pretty awesome events! 

My name is Kristina Detter and I am in charge of the PMO social media. I am married to Nick Detter and we have 3 children. Isabella who is currently a freshman at Defiance High School. Briella Detter who's in Mrs. Rohn's third grade class And Bryson Detter who's in Mrs. Guilford's pre-K 4 class at Holy Cross. This is my first year joining the PMO and my first year being in charge of the social media. Outside of the PMO, I am an Aide at Holy Cross. What I enjoy most about being part of the PMO is being more involved. And to help create fun events and lasting memories for the students. And to connect with other parents while supporting the teachers and staff. 
 

My name is Adrianna Flores and I am the PMO Communications. I have one child, Lillian Osborne, who is currently in the First grade class at Holy Cross.  This is my first year being involved in the PMO.  This is my first year serving as PMO Communications. Outside of PMO, I work as a Legal Assistant at Clemens, Korhn, Liming & Warncke, Ltd., and during the summer season I work a Harvest Moon Golf Course. What I enjoy most about being part of the PMO is getting to be involved with Lillian, seeing all the students grow and learn new things, and getting to know all the parents!  I first joined to more involved with Lilli’s school!  I believe it’s important to be involved because we get to create memories for the kids to take with them for the rest of their lives! PMO is basically behind the scenes parents trying to make school more joyful for both students and staff!

I'm Samantha Donaldson, and I am the Staff Representative of the HCCS PMO. I married my high school sweetheart, Nathan, 17 years ago and we have 3 beautiful children. Emma, who is 15 and an freshman at Ayersville, and an HCCS Alum, Owen, who is 12 and in 7th grade, also a HCCS Alum and Oliver, who is 8 and in 3rd grade, at Holy Cross. I have been involved with the PMO unofficially for 10 years and have been an active board member for 7 years. You can also find me around Holy Cross in my kindergarten classroom! One of the main reasons I love being involved in the PMO is because it is a wonderful way to meet new parents and to use your talents to enhance our school. I love the relationships that I have developed with other HCCS parents and the ways we work together to improve HCCS however we can. 

My name is Adreana Lopez, and I am the PMO Volunteer Coordinator. I am married to Alex Lopez, and we have 3 child(ren): Valentina Lopez who is currently in the 1st grade class at Holy Cross and the craziest 2 year old twins you'll ever meet, Benito & Alejandra. I have been involved in the PMO for 2 years, and this is my 1st year serving as the Volunteer Coordinator. Outside of PMO, I work part tme as the ELL tutor at Ayersville Local Schools. I also run my business, Morena Amor Designs LLC.  What I enjoy most about being part of the PMO is getting to work with other families of the school and being behind the scenes on event planning. I first joined because I wanted to take part in volunteering and helping in anyway possible , and I believe it’s important to be involved because it sets a GREAT example to our kiddos! I look forward to this year's events and working with each family!

My name is Liz Froelich and I am the PMO fundraising Coordinator. I have two children, Daniel Froelich, who is currently in the Sixth grade class at Holy Cross and Tristen Froelich, who is a seventh grade at Ayersville and an HCCS Alumn.  This is my first year being involved in the PMO.  This is my first year serving as PMO fundraising Coordinator. Outside of PMO, I work own my own business. What I enjoy most about being part of the PMO is helping support the school and kids. I first joined to help as much as possible. I believe it’s important to be involved because our kids need it.
