I attended Catholic School at Payne, Ohio through 2nd grade. I graduated from Paulding
High School in 1985. This is my 26th year as a Cook, Manager, and Supervisor at St. Mary
Catholic School, Defiance Catholic School and Holy Cross Catholic School.
I am a member of American School Food Service Association (ASFSA) and Ohio School
Food Service Association (OSFSA) since1988. I am certified as a Level-2 Food Service Manager.
I really love working in the Cafeteria at Holy Cross Catholic School. The staff and the
students are the best to work with. I am so proud to be a part of it.
