It is with great joy that I am able to serve the Catholics of Defiance, especially at St. John
Catholic Church as Pastor. I was ordained a Priest for the Diocese of Toledo in June of 1994.
Since that time I have served the Diocese of Toledo in many capacities and assignments.
Common for many of these assignments has been the focus on Catholic Education.
I have been happy to serve parishes that have had significant commitments to
Catholic education - from Delphos to Sandusky, Fostoria to Fremont, and Lima as well.
I went to College Seminary at St. Meinrad Seminary in southern Indiana earning a B.A. in English.
I completed Seminary in Cincinnati at The Athenaeum of Ohio/Mount St. Mary's Seminary
of the West earning both a Master of Divinity degree as well as a Master of Sacred Theology
degree. A few years later I earned a Master of Science in Education from the University of Dayton.
I continue to be excited about our ministry of Catholic Education at Holy Cross Catholic School
and trust God will continue to bring to completion the good work He has begun!
